Two firms, Castle Creek Capital and Launchpad Capital, joined forces in establishing a venture capital fund to catalyze change in financial services through partnerships between fintech companies and our 34 community bank Limited Partners. We identify and support early-stage startups that work with financial institutions to drive deposits and fee revenue, expand business lines, increase operational efficiency, modernize regulatory compliance, leverage emerging technologies, and more.
